This 45-minute mat Pilates class focuses on core strength, flexibility, and balance. Through a series of precise movements, we'll work to lengthen and tone your muscles while improving posture and body awareness.
This class is suitable for all levels, with modifications offered to accommodate different fitness levels and physical abilities. Mat pilates is a great supplementary practice to any athlete.
It is followed by a 30min all level Padel Clinic.
